Beta Terms
Calder is currently a Beta service under continuous development. Features, availability, limits, names and workflows may change, and defects or interruptions can occur. These Beta Terms describe current operating expectations; they are not a substitute for launch-final legal review.
Access and account responsibility
Access may be invite-only or otherwise limited during Beta. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information where required, and using only accounts and access methods you are authorized to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Calder for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, deceptive activity, unauthorized scraping or harvesting, bypassing technical controls, credential/session theft, malware, unlawful content or attempts to interfere with the service or other members.
Missions, community activity and Credits/Gems
Missions and other participation features coordinate member workflows and product state. You remain responsible for your own actions and judgment on third-party platforms. Credits/Gems are product accounting or utility units governed by current Calder product rules; this Beta text does not promise cash value, investment value or guaranteed outcomes.
Third-party platforms and services
Calder may link to or rely on third-party services. Those services have their own terms, permissions and availability. Calder does not claim partnership, approval or guaranteed access unless that is separately verified. Use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s rules.
Content and intellectual property
You keep rights you already have in content you provide. You grant Calder the limited rights needed to store, display, process or transmit that content to operate the feature you requested. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Calder branding, software and original product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
Suspension and service changes
Calder may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, Beta capacity, policy enforcement or service operation. Material account actions should follow the applicable product and data-governance rules rather than arbitrary client-side controls.
Disclaimers and liability
The Beta is provided with the limitations that are legally permitted for an evolving test service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights, duties or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. A launch-final liability framework requires formal review before commercial release.
Law, jurisdiction and contact
This Beta draft does not invent a governing-law or jurisdiction clause before the actual operating entity and legal basis are confirmed. For product, account or legal questions during Beta, use the Calder support channel. Launch-final entity, contact and jurisdiction details must be published before these Terms are treated as commercial-release final.
